University of Texas Arlington Webpage
As a technical writer and UI/UX designer, I spearheaded the "Are YOU Community Engaged?" initiative in higher education. Blending technical writing, design, and coding principles, I crafted a visually appealing platform aligned with the University's 2030 goals and Carnegie Classification aspirations. Collaborating across departments, we overcame communication challenges, refining content and design to meet tight deadlines. User-focused research guided our approach, resulting in a streamlined webpage reflecting UTA's brand and values. Success was measured by immediate feedback, highlighting areas for future improvement. This experience honed my skills in brand representation, project management, and communication, poised for future enhancements towards achieving UTA's goals.
Food App Proposal

As a technical writer and UI/UX designer, I spearheaded a food app proposal aimed at aiding local restaurants deterred by third-party delivery app costs. Focused on merging content, design, and code, I ensured accessibility through iterative design adjustments based on user feedback. Despite challenges in time management and communication, our collaborative effort yielded a high-fidelity prototype aligned with user needs. This experience honed my skills in user-centric design, data analysis, and project management, priming me for future endeavors prioritizing user experience and strategic planning.
UX Research AI Interface

This UX research project delves into the intricacies of user interaction with AI interfaces to enhance user experience . Through qualitative and quantitative methodologies, we aim to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points when engaging with AI-interfaces. By conducting usability tests, we seek to uncover insights into how users perceive AI interfaces, their expectations, and the challenges they encounter. The findings from this research will inform the development of intuitive, accessible, and user-centric AI interfaces that cater to diverse user needs and preferences, ultimately improving overall user satisfaction and adoption of AI technologies.

Using Overleaf I created a LaTEX documentation that highlights the production of technical and scientific documents. I created a simple document to outline the basic information of Euler's number. To ensure what I have produced is clear I categorized the information with some basic information and complex information to demonstrate my skills.

Conducted market research to identify target audience preferences, crafted engaging content, and designed visually appealing layouts. Employed A/B testing to optimize open rates and engagement. ​Creating engaging Instagram content involves research, photography, and editing. I capture high-quality images, enhance them using Adobe Lightroom, and write compelling captions. By optimizing posting times and analyzing performance, I ensure each post resonates with the audience and achieves strategic goals

Employee Handbook Sample
Document Design
Using the Adobe Indesign software, I created a comprehensive employee handbook sample for users to easily navigate a company's policies. I chose a pastel palette and bright design for the document to match the mission and name of the bakery while highlighting the warm nature of the company.
Landmark Photoshop Sample
Photo Editing
Using Adobe Photoshop I edited the image to only leave the landscape in the photo. I edited the photo to be this way to highlight the beauty of this landmark and to remove any distracting elements. To ensure that this photo has not been heavily altered I opted to match the edits to its surrounding background.

Korean Localization and Translation
I designed a translated and localized flyer mock-up for a festival. I chose this layout for its ability to convey vast information in a small space highlighting the complexity of both languages. Using Adobe Indesign, I created a consistent layout to ensure that the document was attractive with attention to easy usability and accurate translation.
